Amber is a dedicated and compassionate Client Care Representative with more than eight years of experience in the pet industry. Throughout her career, she has worked in both kennel management and front office roles, developing a well-rounded understanding of patient care and client support. Her lifelong love for animals began in childhood and continues to inspire her passion for helping pets and the families who care for them every day.
When she’s not at the clinic, Amber enjoys spending time with her own lively animal family. She shares her home with four cats—Neil, Holland, Meatball, and Zombie—along with two dogs, Chapman and Bella, and two Rouen ducks, Pipsqueak and Pickles. In her free time, she loves getting lost in a good book, browsing antique stores, and collecting beautiful crystals. Amber also channels her passion for crystals into her own online business, where she enjoys buying, collecting, and selling unique pieces.
